We perform Myofascial release throughout the entire body because only treating the site of pain could be neglecting the true source of dysfunction. We heavily focus on anatomy trains and look at how fascia runs throughout the entire body. Fascia connects muscles through various networks and can have an effect blood flow, nerve conduction, and proper movement. 

Session includes: Myofascial release to help lengthen and separate muscles & tendons, ligaments & fascia as well as chiropractic adjustments on the spine and extremities as well as Therapeutic Exercise

Which includes: Functional training with an emphasis on proper breathing and posture through individual exercises.
